The celebration included countless personal touches, combining Alena's Italian heritage with Phil's Chinese background. Phil, who is an Executive Chef, even prepared a fusion of Italian and Chinese dishes for dinner. It was de.lic.ous.

A: Only the BEST ice cream this side of the Mississippi! Okay, maybe that's going a bit far... but it's pretty darn good. Which, is why we all got ice cream despite the 50 degree weather.
